8) Cancellations
To request a cancellation, email info@atlasflowerswall.com with your order number.
Within 48 hours of placing the order: eligible for a full refund (100%).
After 48 hours: cancellation may be limited because the order may already be in preparation/production. If cancellation is still possible, a partial refund may apply.
9) Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Many products may be made-to-order, and change-of-mind returns may not be accepted once production has started or after delivery.
For damaged/defective/wrong-item issues, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos and order details so we can assist.
