Plain-English promise: We want buying décor to be simple. These terms explain how our store works—orders, shipping, returns, payments, and your rights. If anything feels unclear, email us and we’ll help.

1) Agreement to These Terms

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including policies referenced here (e.g., Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Privacy). If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.

You must be the age of majority in your state or have a parent/guardian’s permission to use this site and place orders.

2) Our Products Are Mostly Made-to-Order

Most Atlas flowerswall items are crafted after you order. Colors and textures may appear slightly different on various screens. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or update prices at any time.

3) Ordering, Changes & Cancellations

  • Order review: Please double-check style, size, color, quantity, and your shipping address before placing the order.
  • Change window: If you need to change details, contact us within 72 hours of ordering. After that, changes may not be possible for made-to-order items.
  • Cancel before shipment:
    • Within 48 hours: 100% refund to your original payment method.
    • Day 2–10: 80% refund (20% processing/restocking reflects labor and materials already committed).
    • Custom items: Not cancellable after 48 hours.
  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded until delivered and evaluated under the “Returns & Refunds” section below.

4) Shipping & Delivery

  • Where we ship: We ship worldwide via reputable carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS/TNT/others where appropriate). We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Production time: Typically 7–15 business days for made-to-order floral products.
  • Transit time (guidance, not a guarantee):
    • United States: Expedited Air ~5–12 business days; Standard Sea ~25–40 business days.
    • Other countries: Air ~10–20 business days; Sea ~30–50 business days.
  • Order-to-door = Production + Shipping. Please allow enough time before your event; if timing is tight, email us and we’ll advise the best option.
  • Addresses: Make sure your address is correct. Once shipped, addresses can’t be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or missed signature, re-shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Tracking & signature: We email tracking when available. Signature service may be requested; ensure someone is available to sign to avoid returns.
  • Customs & duties: International orders may incur taxes/duties/brokerage fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.

5) Returns & Refunds (After Delivery)

Because most items are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind product quality.

If you experience quality issues, missing items, or package loss, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and (when possible) an unboxing video:

  • We will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the issue.
  • Custom products that are correct to order specs are not returnable unless they have a verifiable quality issue.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging for any approved return.

6) Payments, Security & Screening

  • Accepted methods: Major credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. Additional wallets (e.g., Apple Pay / Google Pay) may be available based on your location and checkout.
  • Card checks: High-value orders may require additional verification. If a payment is declined, try another card, use PayPal, or contact your bank to authorize the transaction.
  • Currency: Charges display in USD unless otherwise noted. Your bank may apply exchange rates/fees.

7) Pricing, Promotions & Errors

Prices and promotions can change without notice. Occasionally we may correct errors or update information (including shipping charges, transit times, availability). We may cancel or refuse orders affected by obvious errors or suspected fraud—with a full refund.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the site (designs, text, images, logos, product photography, and compilations) is owned by Atlas flowerswall or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the site or products without written consent.

9) User Content (Reviews, Photos)

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, edit, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and store operations. Don’t post anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on others’ rights.

10) Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites. These are provided “as is” without warranties. Review their terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site or its content for unlawful purposes; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any international, federal, state, or local regulations; to infringe intellectual property rights; to harass, defame, abuse, or discriminate; to upload malicious code; to collect others’ personal information; to spam, phish, spider, crawl or scrape; or to interfere with security features.

12) Privacy

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (how we collect, use, share, and protect data; options for advertising preferences; cookies; and Do-Not-Track disclosures).

13) Warranties, Liability & Indemnity

  • No warranty: We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. All products are provided consistent with their descriptions and intended decorative use.
  • Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Atlas flowerswall is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or event costs). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas flowerswall, its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to those courts’ personal jurisdiction.

15) Changes to These Terms

You can review the most current version of the Terms on this page at any time. We may update them as we grow; changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
