2) What’s protected
Unless a page says otherwise, the following are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other applicable laws:
Creative content: text, product names, product descriptions, size guides, blogs, FAQs, how-to/installation guides, and emails.
Visual assets: photography, graphics, illustrations, page layouts, icons, videos, and 3D/AR renders.
Brand elements: “Atlas flowerswall,” our logos, taglines, headings, button styles, color systems, packaging, and distinctive page look & feel.
Product IP: product designs, arrangements, patterning, custom colorways, and proprietary assembly methods (including instructions and templates).
Technology & data: the Site’s code, UX flows, and any compilations of data, catalogs, or collections.
Short version: if it looks, reads, or feels like Atlas, please assume it’s protected.
3) Your limited license to use our Site
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use www.atlasflowerswall.com solely for:
browsing, learning about products, and placing orders;
sharing our product pages on social media as links.
You may not copy, download, mirror, scrape, frame, train AI models on, or commercially reuse our content (including images) without our prior written permission. You also may not remove copyright or trademark notices.
4) Use of our photos & videos
You’re welcome to repost our images by linking to the original product page and crediting “Atlas flowerswall.”

5) Trademarks
“Atlas flowerswall” and all related logos, marks, and trade dress are trademarks or registered trademarks of Atlas flowerswall in the U.S. and/or other countries. Third-party names and logos (e.g., payment providers) appear for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners. No endorsement or sponsorship is implied.
6) User-generated content (UGC)
If you tag us or submit photos, reviews, or testimonials (“UGC”), you grant Atlas flowerswall a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that UGC in any media for marketing, analytics, and customer support. You represent that you own or control the rights to the UGC and that our use won’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
To revoke permission for a specific use, email info@atlasflowerswall.com with links/screenshots and we’ll review promptly.
7) Infringement reporting (DMCA-style notice)
We respect creators. If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a written notice including:

A description of the work/mark you believe is infringed;
The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material;
A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, agent, or law;

We may remove or disable access to the content, notify the user, and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.
Counter-Notice. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact info, the material/URL at issue, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error. By submitting a counter-notice you consent to U.S. jurisdiction and service of process at your address.
8) Third-party intellectual property
Some content or tools on our Site are provided by third parties (e.g., ecommerce, payment, shipping, analytics). Their software, logos, and terms remain their IP. Using their services may require you to accept their terms; please review those separately.
9) No license by implication
Nothing on our Site grants any license to our IP or any third-party IP—whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise—without our express written consent.
10) Repeat-infringer policy
We may, in our discretion, limit access or close accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ IP rights or violate this Policy.
11) Requests for permission
Press, partners, stylists, and event planners: if you’d like high-resolution assets or permission to feature our imagery or products beyond normal sharing, email info@atlasflowerswall.com with your project details and timeline.
12) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our products, branding, or applicable law. Updates will be posted here with a new “Effective date.” Continued use of the Site after an update signifies acceptance.
