1) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders to customers in the United States.

If you have a special delivery request (event deadline, venue delivery, or bulk order), please contact us before placing the order at info@atlasflowerswall.com.

2) Delivery Timeline (25–40 Days After You Place Your Order)

Most orders are delivered within 25 to 40 days after the order is placed.

This timeline includes:

  • Order processing & preparation
  • Packaging
  • Transit time
  • Local carrier delivery

Important notes

  • The 25–40 day window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to peak seasons, weather, carrier delays, or address issues.

Shipping cost (if applicable) is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

4) Order Processing & Tracking

Order confirmation

After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking details by email (when tracking is available).
Tracking may take a few days to update after the label is created.

5) Address Accuracy (Very Important)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer
  • Deliveries that fail due to address errors
  • Packages returned to sender because the address was undeliverable

If you notice an address mistake, email us as soon as possible at info@atlasflowerswall.com. We’ll try to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

6) Changes, Cancellations, and Delivery Issues

Order changes / cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@atlasflowerswall.com.
Once an order is already in preparation or has shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Delays

If your order is outside the 40-day window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and provide the next steps.

7) Damaged Packages / Items Arriving Damaged

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Email us at info@atlasflowerswall.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • A short description of the issue

We will review and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8) Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package:

  • Check around your property and with household members/neighbors
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  • Email us at info@atlasflowerswall.com so we can assist
